Ethics, Safety & Discipline

Manavdhan Social Educational Foundation is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment across all campuses.

🎓 Student Code of Conduct

  • Punctuality & Attendance: Students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance and report to morning assembly on time.
  • Uniform & Grooming: Prescribed school uniform with clean shoes and identity cards must be worn on all working days.
  • Respect & Non-Discrimination: Mutual respect among peers, teachers, and support staff is mandatory. Bullying, ragging, or discrimination of any form is strictly prohibited (Zero Tolerance Policy).
  • Campus & Infrastructure Care: Damaging school property, computer lab equipment, or library books will attract strict disciplinary action.
  • Digital Safety & Mobile Policy: Personal mobile phones and electronic gadgets are prohibited during school hours unless authorized for specific academic exercises.

👩‍🏫 Educator & Staff Ethics

  • Professional Integrity: Teachers must deliver high-quality instruction, maintain objective grading standards, and uphold moral integrity.
  • Child Safety & Protection: All staff must abide by child protection laws (POCSO Act guidelines) and maintain a safe physical and emotional space.
  • Continuous Learning: Active participation in mandatory teacher training workshops and digital pedagogy seminars.
  • Confidentiality: Safeguarding student academic records, personal information, and assessment data.

🤝 Parent & Visitor Protocols

  • Campus Entry: Visitors must register at the campus security gate and receive a visitor pass before entering school buildings.
  • Parent-Teacher Interaction: Academic performance discussions take place during scheduled Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) or by prior appointment with the Principal.
  • Supportive Environment: Parents are encouraged to reinforce home study habits, healthy routines, and positive values in partnership with school educators.
