Having gone through 19th years of experienced in engineering field. Being professional and worked at Industrial sector our Hon. Prakash Kolhe Dada has travelled across India. During that period of time he has observed tremendous poverty in India , at that juncture of time dada has decided to do something for vulnerable section society by, helping them to provide skill based training to their children from Nasik district.  In 2013 has started first STEM Based learning lab  In 2014, focused to start Innovation lab.

@ Initial stage Hon. Dr. Bhardwaj sir (Chief Member of Bezhon Desai Foundation) has decided to provide 1)Electrical 2) Dress Designing 3) Mobile Repairing these three basic skill development courses. It has been provided by Bezhon Desai Foundation on the basis of Philanthropy to Manavdhan Organization. It’s a matter of great pride to introduce that our Manavdhan Social Educational Development Organization Nashik has been commence skill development program in 2017 year from the roots of skill development program at school level. During the commence of opening ceremony of Skill Development Program Centre at Under Manavdhan Wisdom tree, Hon. Subhash Desai (Industrial Minister Govt of India ), Dr. Vijay Bhatakar Sir (Great Scientist Govt of India) Hon. Vandhapathi Vinayak Dada Patil, Hon. Ramachandra (Deputy Director of Educational Department Nashik Division) and two local MLAs were presented.

A training centre through which can be provided particularly skill training or sets of skill development that will facilitate developing talented ti be possessed.
